On September 9, 2009, M&D Regional Center, LLC was designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Regional Center under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.

We are one of the leaders in innovative mix-use developments who look to revitalize the urban experience by renewing the sense of life in them. For our clients, our goal is to identify and plan development projects that meet the requirements set forth by the USCIS and allow our clients and their families to successfully establish residency here in the United States.

M&D Regional Center has been approved for development programs located in Southern California - specifically in Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. Within these regions, we are currently pursuing mix-use developments in Buena Park, Pasadena, and Lynwood.

The Source in Buena Park aims to build a true mix-use development which will bring the urban experience. It will be a major development which will revitalize the surrounding areas as well as the city. One West Green in Pasadena will be a Class A building in the heart of the Old Town Pasadena, which has risen to become a major shopping district. Plaza Mexico in Lynwood offers a one-of-a-kind idyllic Mexican shopping experience. M&D Regional Center will pursue the expansion of Plaza Mexico.
