It is based in Seattle, Washington with additional offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Columbus, New York, London, Beijing and Shanghai.
	Bernards Bernards delivers full-service construction support to corporations, schools, governments and civic organizations across a diverse spectrum of industries and markets. As a nationally-ranked builder, Bernards draws upon years of technical expertise and personnel resources to offer the finest Construction and Management Services available.
	Charles Group International Charles Group International specializes in architecture and urban design that focus on Retail, Entertainment, mixed use, communities, hotels and resorts. They have over thirty years of success in design and delivery of unique and highly creative landmark projects in cities and countries around the world.
	Gonzalez Goodale Architects Established in 1980 and with a staff of 35, the firm maintains a unique team-based working culture and a commitment to the positive impact that architecture can have on society. Located in Old Pasadena, Gonzalez Goodale Architects occupies a building of its own design. Through its integration into Pasadenas pedestrian alleyways, its usable urban landscaping, public art, and day-lit studios, the building reflects the firm’s philosophy of design for the enrichment of public life.
