City of Pasadena Public Hearing

This week on Monday July 11^th, the City of Pasadena held a public hearing for the final design approval for the One West Green project. The results from the public hearing were in favor and approved the schematic designs for One West Green. This is a huge milestone accomplishment for the project as the next steps would be to obtain necessary building permits to begin construction for the project.

M+D Properties and Gonzalez Goodale Architects have been working together over the past few weeks to ensure that the designs would meet all the requirements and specs to meet the City's demand for new developments.

Participation in the M&D Regional Center EB-5 Program can only be done through strict adherence to regulations established by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service and governmental agencies which regulate investment participation by individuals who are deemed suitable for the program.
