Graphic Signage

The One Green team conducted an introductory meeting with a consultant regarding Graphic Signage last week. The consultant was recommended to the team as a long-time associate of Gonzalez Goodale Architects, and is expected to help complete a master Signage package. This package will be included as part of the Final Design package, which will be submitted to the Final Design Commission at the end of November.

General Updates

Public Art Display

The Public Art Commission Staff for the City of Pasadena has extended the discussion date for the One Green project's art display until November. While the One Green design team's art proposal has already been accepted by the City of Pasadena's Cultural Commission, a more in-depth discussion regarding the particulars of the display will be held next month.

Construction Bids

The bidding for construction on the One Green project will begin next week on Monday. A complete set of Construction Document Plans will be provided on that day by Gonzalez Goodale Architects, which will then be released to the contractors.
