EB-5 I-526 Petition Updates

M&D Regional Center (MDRC) has gained tremendous success with the assistance of it's Partners and third party organizations. Below are updates on I-526 Filings and Approvals.

In the year 2011, MDRC has filed nearly 5% of the total I-526 petitions that are filed in the United States of America.

MDRC currently has 100% I-526 APPROVAL ratio for all petitions filed, which accumulates to nearly 10% of the market share of all I-526 approvals for the year of 2011.

MDRC is averaging approximately 7 to 9 months for the USCIS to review and process each I-526 petition filing.

Meeting with NBBJ Architects for The Source

M+D Properties and NBBJ met last Friday and Tuesday this week to discuss progress on the Source project. Both meetings focused largely on design and technological concepts.

The attendees at Friday's meeting reviewed last week's Design Charrette. The Charrette resulted in new ideas generated regarding the application of technology in the Source.

The meeting on Tuesday involved more ideas on potential features in the Source, such as interactive media and activity areas. Subjects that were explored included media zones that will showcase artwork and live performances, gaming plazas, interactive architecture, and sponsorship advertising facades.

Geotechnologies, Inc. Drills for The Source

This week Geotechnologies, Inc. was on the project site to test and monitor the foundation of the area. Below is a picture of the drill.
