On Wednesday July 20, M+D Properties met with NBBJ on the parking structure for The Source and to ensure that the project schedule is on track.  The attendees for this meeting discussed ways to efficiently structure the parking to collaborate with the potential tenants for the project.  Along with the parking structure, mapping and planning out where tenants will be placed was also discussed.  One prospective tenant which M+D Properties has been in talks with is Macy's, one of the largest retail stores in the country.  Another issue that was discussed was the project schedule and timeline for building permits and construction.

 

Meetings with NBBJ and Englekirk

On Monday July 18, M+D Properties met with NBBJ, Geotechnologies, and structural engineering group Englekirk to discuss the engineering aspects of the Source project on Monday.  Englekirk will provide engineers to conduct a massing study, and following that Geotech will complete their soils report on the Source property. Attendees also addressed dewatering and waterproofing systems.
