Pre-Construction Demolition
The Source team met with with the demolition contractor and neighborhood representatives on Friday to discuss the details of the demolition, and its potential impact on the nearby residents. Issues that were discussed included work hours for the teams and methods for minimizing the disruption that may result from the actual demotion, such as controlling the spread of demolition debris and noise levels that will be generated by the excavators and trucks on the property.

NBBJ

NBBJ presented their most recent revised conceptual designs for the Source project to M+D Properties on Tuesday, while M+D Properties responded with an updated list of design attributes for NBBJ to incorporate into the final design. The Source team will also conclude with the cost estimates for the project this week, which will be used when finalizing the design selection.

The Wilkinson Group

Employees of M+D Properties held their first meeting with The Wilkinson Group with the latter as an official consultant with the Source project. The Wilkinson Group will be assisting with marketing suggestions and research, such as identifying ideal locations for digital signage and proposals for possible events.
