M&D Regional Center

M&D Regional Center, LLC (M&D RC), established in 2009, was designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.

M&D RC’s mission is to focus on real estate investment and development projects in which foreign immigrants can invest through the United States EB-5 Visa Program. M&D RC has been approved to work on developments in the Southern California Counties of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernadino. M&D RC is currently working on the development and restructuring of two major new developments, “The Source” at Buena Park and “One West Green” at Old Pasadena. M&D RC expects these projects to not only help revitalize the surrounding areas, but also have a tremendous beneficial impact to the community.

M&D Regional Center VISITS CHINA!!!
M&D Regional Center, LLC, (M&D RC) visited two cities in China, Beijing and Qingdao, presenting to investors and interested parties who eagerly awaited to learn more about the future and vision M&D RC envisions with the Real Estate markets.

M&D RC met with and presented to over hundreds of investors, showing the projections and phases of the two newest and potentially the most exciting projects the organization has ever worked on.

“The Source” at Buena Park

Located at Buena Park in the heart of Orange County, California is a 12.5-acre (50,586 square meters) site planned for a mixed-use development including 452,000 square feet of lifestyle retail with the potential to develop residential units and a 3-5 diamond full service hotel, including all required parking.

City Council offers nearly $50 million in support for the development for “The Source”

Buena Park City Council approved the Disposition and Development Agreement for M&D Properties in 2010. The City’s Local Governement has agreed to offer approximately $50 million in funding to assist with the development for “The Source.”

“One West Green” at Old Pasadena

One West Green, a mixed-use project development in Old Pasadena is situated on the northwest corner of South Fair Oaks Avenue and Green Street. The property currently consists of an approximately 39,714 square-foot lot, including several buildings totaling near 21,332 square feet, which have retail, restaurant and office uses, and a parking lot.

The new building structure will consist of three floors with a leasable area of approximately 41,200 square feet. The project is expected to be approximately 62,532 square feet of pre-existing and newly constructed upscale retail storefront and office space.
