Meetings with NBBJ Architects and City Officials

M&D Regional Center has been rigorously meeting with NBBJ Architects and City Officials to finalize the conceptual design for The Source. Meetings have been taking place multiple times weekly to thoroughly understand what we expect and what the City can envision from The Source at Buena Park. We were also greeted with our Business Partners from China, who joined the meeting to partake in this new and exciting venture.

M&D Regional Center enhanced WEBSITE LAUNCH

M&D Regional Center (MDRC) is in the process of a whole new transformation in redesigning and remodeling our current website. With the assistance from WEB Advanced (www.webadvanced.com), a web design company that focuses and specializes in medium to large size prominent firms, MDRC will have a new face for the future.

In order to better communicate with our investors, we have decided to revamp and upgrade the current website with a new and improved look with more functions and ease of use for navigation. Website launch is expected to be within the next coming months.

Prospective Tenant Progress

The Source is expected to be approximately 452,000 sq ft of mixed use retail stores. The property management team for The Source has successfully received 14 Letter of Intents from prospective tenants measuring up to approximately 146,000 sq ft, which is unusual for developments to receive this much interest from tenants so early in the stage, but MDRC has always envisioned this type of progress from the beginning. No tenant has fully executed a lease, but many tenants have been willing to negotiate terms due to the fact that The Source is the only unique mall currently being developed in the City of Buena Park.
