M&D Regional Center (MDRC) and M+D Properties (Developer) have been working together to proceed with the Pasadena ONE WEST GREEN Project. Below you will read about funding status, architect updates, and financial facts about the city of Pasadena.

Private Placement Memorandum
One of the largest concerns for investors in an EB-5 program is, “will the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) be fully subscribed and funded?” If a PPM is not fully subscribed and lacks the necessary funding for a project to complete development, it can cause serious concerns for investors who have contributed their financial capital.

M&D Regional Center has always been confident that funding for the ONE GREEN PPM would never be an issue, and as of last month ONE GREEN PPM is fully funded. Now that the funding has been secured, M+D Properties and MDRC have begun meeting with architects such as Gonzalez Goodale and other consultants to discuss plans for the project.

MDRC and M+D Properties have been meeting with consultants and Gonzalez Goodale to finalize designs and plans for the ONE WEST GREEN Project. With a target date to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2011, MDRC and M+D Properties are working with these other parties to further the project along and meet deadlines.
