This past month M+D Properties held several meetings with Gonzalez Goodale Architects and the City of Pasadena. M+D Properties met with Gonzalez Goodale Architects to discuss ways to streamline the city project, including improving communication between the different organizations and reducing hard construction costs. The meeting with the City ensured that the project is still in line with the requirements and limitations set forth by the City.

Below are pictures of a meeting that took place on May 31, 2011. Attendees of the meeting included:

M+D Properties – Developer and affiliate of M&D Regional Center.

Gonzalez Goodale Architects – Architects assisting with the design of One West Green.

OMB Electrical Engineers – Electrical Engineer Firm specializing in evaluating building designs that meet with the State of California’s Title 24 energy regulations.

Bernards Construction – Full-service pre-construction support to ensure all cost measures are taken into consideration.

Hellman & Lober Inc. – Consultants that specialize in producing cost-effective, reliable and constructible designs. They make sure that our designs and materials will meet our budgets.
